Jamie Knop is a architectural and interior photographer from Cumbria, UK.
Originally from Hartford, Cheshire Jamie went to the University of Chester where he studied Photography & Multimedia BA (Hons). During his studies, Jamie discovered the work of Andreas Gursky which inspired the exploration of architecture and large format photography. Jamie’s final year work explored urban architecture and how it impacts the environment. This consisted of buildings in various forms using different materials which included a church, bus terminal and museum.
Since leaving Universty, Jamie has been capturing both exterior and interior images for multiple uses and professionals including architects, interior designers, engineers and construction companies.
Subjects photographed include but are not limited to residential properties, universities, museums and entertainment venues.
